he preparation can start from the 2nd quarter.
Do not wait … everything you can learn in the first months of gestation, will help you to prevent the appearance of spinal diseases, sciatica and symptoms such as urinary incontinence, diastasis of rectus abdominis, swollen legs. The classes will allow you to know the best positions for childbirth in movement. You will learn to perform perineal massage and how to breathe during the pujos. You will know how to take care of your pelvic floor in the immediate postpartum period. And what is very important, we will teach your partner how he can help you in the most delicate moments.
Pack of 6 classes of approximately 50 minutes each.

Obligatory: contribution of your doctor’s report that there is no contraindication to physical exercise.

Weekly classes throughout the pregnancy (minimum 10 classes)
Each class: 50 min. – 20, 00 €
Compulsory Physiotherapy interview prior to the start of the activity (approximately: 30 min. – 40 min.): 30,00 €
